Return Policy

You may return most unused or unworn items purchased at AllDayIDreamAboutSole.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:
ACCESSORIES products cannot be returned. They are final sales.

To Return a product:

Step 1) Contact us using the "CONTACT US" form on our website. http://alldayidreamaboutsole.flyingcart.com/index.php?p=contact  Tell us your name, phone number, description of the product, the Item number and the reason for the return.

Step 2) Await contact from us and we will supply you with an RMA number, Cleary Write or Print this RMA number on top of package.

Step 3) Please use a service like UPS as they provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, and ship ONLY items the RMA authorizes to return to the following address:
